MangalzBeatz - Refund Policy

At MangalzBeatz, we strive to ensure that you, our customers, are completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason, if you are not happy with your order, our Refund Policy is designed to make the return and refund process as simple as possible.

The product does not match the description on our website.

You are not satisfied with the product, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

Return the product within 7 days after the return request is approved.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Customised or personalised orders.

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery.

Gift cards or promotional items.

Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back the product.

Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging to avoid any damage during transit.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  1. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part (such as wrong or defective items), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to other reasons (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will either offer a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.
